Quinney College of Law, Ms. Falk completed an M.Phil. degree in Social Anthropology at the University of Oxford. Upon returning from England, she served a judicial clerkship with Judge Bruce Jenkins, who was then Chief Judge of the United States District Court for Utah.

As a practicing attorney, Ms. Falk has had a distinguished career in family law. She has an A-V rating from Martindale Hubbell, and she is a member of Utah BusinessMagazine’s “Legal Elite,” a list of the top attorneys in Utah as voted by their peers. In 2012 Ms. Falk was admitted to the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the nation’s most prestigious organization for family law attorneys, and she is past President of the Mountain States Chapter of the AAML. Ms. Falk has been a member of the Family Law Executive Committee for the Utah State Bar for many years, and she is chair of the Committee for 2018-19.
